A Love That Will Last - Wai Mun & Sharon

Jesus said in Matthew 17:20 "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can move mountains and nothing is impossible for you" That is His promise to all of us who believes in Him! I believe! Yes! With all my heart! So many times He has proven my dreams to be too small and I believe in too little! I want to stand as a living testimony to dare everyone to believe in Him! 

I started my little business as a hobby and of course deep down inside I wanted to do well, as I have said to myself I wanted to show to my hubby he had marry a great wife! & in order to be a Proverbs 31 wife, you not only must know how to cook and take care of the household but there is a part that says in verse 16 - "She considers a field and buys it, out of her earnings she plants a vineyard!" I used to read with distraught saying this is impossible to achieve especially sitting at home BUT yet I pray to God that I wanted to be that wife that is able to do all things through Christ who has given me strength! I have not yet achieve anything but I see my Heavenly Father is a fair God and He gives good things to His Children. When I do my business, getting everything into place, searching for suppliers and items to sell, setting up the website with my 'limited edition' HTML, getting advertisement and so on and so forth to kick start, I thought of it as a little hobby and I used to tell myself it is OK if I don't sell much! BUT God said "My child of little faith! Do you think I cannot do more than sell a little?!" He went and bring in buyers after buyers to purchase my items and I have been busy since! 

I pray to God with gratitude flowing through my heart after sending out all 3 parcels today & I have one pending customer yet to make payment! This week alone I have sent out 4 parcels with so many items inside! Impossible?!? God-possible! Praise Him Hallelujah! I'm indeed humbled by the wonders of His majesty! One thing I know! I found all that I need in His unending Love! My Jesus is the more than enough God and He listens and sticks closer than a brother even when my faith is nothing more than a mustard seed! So everyone out there waiting for your breakthrough never stop believing and don't doubt because doubt shakes your relationship with God, He never leave you nor forsake you but when you doubt you struggle to break-free from His will and thats the moment you blame Him - Why He wasn't there! Keep holding on to Him because He brings about blessing greater than our small minds could conceive because He said in Christ all our promises are Yes & Amen!

Facebook is for games and crappy pictures! If you are the "so-serious-as-though-you-got-some-world-saving-things-to-do-on-Facebook" type, please go and develop a website or start from the street! Why are you sitting on your fat ass and clicking here and clicking there on Facebook?!? 

I know its been 4 months since my trip to Europe and now only I am writing about it! Oops I wasn't actually busy saving the world but just still savoring over how great God's creations are! Its just wonderful. I was having breakfast this morning, I came to think of all the places we've (my husband and I) been! Indeed just like mom used to say "This world is just too big for her little girl" 

Used to think I know a little bit of everything but after stepping out, I realized I know nothing at all! In fact I believe that people who thinks and acts irrationally is because their world revolves around themselves and its very small! As a little girl everybody would have been exposed to the wonders of Eiffel, Champs-Elysees, The Louvre, Mona Lisa, Michelangelo, The Notre Dame and so on and so forth! I read of it, watched movies about it and wished someday I will live to see it! God is good! He always has been and will be! He made this little girl's dream came true! We arrived at Paris were welcomed by the Arc de Triomphe with French long elaborated history of Napolean and her over centuries of different kings! 

Over expecting can be a little too dangerous!  I was expecting Eiffel to be wonderful and romantic and all the wonderful feeling that you could get from watching a movie like "Midnight in Paris" and so on BUT standing underneath the wonderful Eiffel, one can sense the historical meaning of it, the awe of that high tower that was build centuries ago but trust me all romantic feelings that you thought it would emit wasn't really so! Eiffel is pretty & yes I would tell everyone to visit it if you haven't BUT once you do, I guess you will want to visit some other places instead!

Its really sad to see the things happening around us today! Places that were once enjoyed by many, journeys that we took care-freely and life that we live rightfully are now being violated and polluted and tarnished! Soon people will not dare to walk around on the road (alright I don't walk out on the street anymore), we will have to live our life always looking over our shoulders! 

Read the news today! Someone got robbed again?!? Someone's window was smashed by snatch-thieves again?!? These are the norm that we read everyday! What has the world become! Just like the Black Eyed Peas sang at the top of their lungs "Where is the love?" Its all missing, people has become so engulfed in greed that they wanted the easy way of gaining money and there is no longer appreciation for life anymore! 

Just like today, I wanted to find an online job to fill in my time, one I could do at my own leisure time... What did I end up reading?!? Scams after scams! People turning poor innocent people's desire into a playground of money milking! Why?! I do not know if this people is to be shamed or the people who blindly let them con is! Well honestly I have read in many articles if the job we are attaining requires us to pay a certain money - Do not pay them BUT sadly as I read through all the experiences shared - those hopeful home-based job applicants were required to pay a certain amount (not very large sum) of money to be registered! 

I just couldn't help but wonder what has human become? Do we need God to treat us like how he treated Sodom & Gomorrah? Where human became so evil and deceitful that he had to destroy them with fire and brimstone? I do not want that to happen! Honestly! I am judge of no man therefore I am not going to go all angry on this matter. What concerned me is that, you CANNOT find a decent "work from home job" in Malaysia! Everything is a scam or sounded like a scam to me! How can a typist earn $1000 per month? I mean literally USD! I was gob-smacken when I saw it! Plus majority of the ads look fishy with the same template and language used!  

For me I am looking for fun - to earn an extra dollar for another Gucci BUT imagined those who really am looking for a job!! Those that really have nothing but this few bucks hoping to multiply it decently! Shame on you money scheming jerks! Cowards who hide behind the guise of the Internet to rob people of their hard earned / safe up money! I am really angry when I thought about it! We just wanted to look for a way out to occupy our time or for some to help their husbands BUT all we find are these losers who has no guts, lazy and sly acting like beggars on the internet prying on what little money we could give! Phuii!!!  

Swimwear is suppose to show a little flesh here and there! Don't kid me by wearing a dress into the swimming pool! 

If people wishes you “Happy B-day” in Facebook! Have the courtesy to respond back, if not! Do not update your Birthday there! You are not a celebrity to reply “Thank everybody for the wishes, no time to reply one by one!” If this is the case open a PAGE! Don’t waste space on Facebook Server!

Getting all excited over a simple game on the phone with my sis. Currently I am addicted to this game called "Hay Day" Its a really cute game where you plant and sell your fresh produce! Getting all excited with my sis on the phone over what we sell to each other as this game has an online market stall! So first comes first serve! And me and my sis will exchange goods over it at the agreement of "READY SET GO" 

Having a hot shower under the cold morning weather using "Body Shop Bath Essential - Moroccan Rose Bath & Massage Oil" OoO perfect indulgence.......

Nothing amuses me than checking out some juicy gossip! Its been funny to read how celebrities live their life! Maybe that is what happened when you got too much money and attention from the public that you just need to put on a show and keep the general people entertained with your everyday stunts! 

This time I am going to take a swipe at the "teen sensation, bubble gum pop singing idol" Justin Bieber! Trust me, I know he is one of the biggest thing around "for now" & man! this boy has grown some really HUGE EGO! Although he has got so many songs released, and songs under his name in karaoke joints are more than those of Usher himself, I do not know half of the songs that he sang except ok "Baby!" - that annoying tune just kinda stick to your head for long & it is stuck in your head with you repeating "Baby! Baby! Baby! Oooo" for like 10 times!

They even coiled the name "Bieber Fever"! Google it up and you will know what it is! My immune system must be really high or there is an age range for those who will be effected! (L.O.L - now this is funny!) 

I was browsing through and saw this headline "Justin Bieber offended when indicated that he sounded "kinda" familiar to Justin Timberlake!" And it has an attached interview audio to it! The interviewer was intending compliment when he said "at first when I heard your single, I thought it was Justin Timberlake! You are just great man!" and the answer that came with a harsh tone from Bieber is "What do you mean I sounded like Justin Timberlake? I am nothing like him man! What do you mean by that!" Wow he sure grown some big ego!

Today I would like to share something to anyone who is wondering about how to handle custom when you buy something from overseas. The suppliers for my online business mainly come from China, Korea and Taiwan. So here are some of the things I learned.

Declaration

• Nothing attracts custom inspection more than goods imported from China
• Goods should NEVER be declared as GIFT / SAMPLE, it is custom's magnet of attention
• Goods should NEVER be declared as having the value of USD20 only, this is a lie detector magnet as well, reason? With a box so big, it will aroused suspicion of what is inside if it only has the value of USD20 (That's about MYR70) (Supplier from China likes to do this! So do advice them not to do so! MYR70?! Why do you need to get it from China?! That is what the custom officers explained!)

• Option A: Go yourself to the PosLaju Courier Center - Custom Division and claim the items yourself (Just follow the address on the letter)  
• You will be required to bring along your payment slips (Western Union / Paypal / Moneygrams receipts) and your Identity Card
• My items are bags, shoes and wallets so the tax bracket is 10% of the price I pay. You can always check the tax rate here for different commodity (Import Tax Charge )
• Certain goods requires approval from certain government body
• Electronic, tablets & phones - Approval from SIRIM
• Medicinal products - Approval from KKM 
• ✲✲ This is the best option - As you can negotiate the price of tax with custom. I got my discount too... So it is adviceable to go yourself. There is nothing to be scare of! Custom officers here in Johor (Thank God) are very friendly ✲✲
• Option B: Appoint PosMalaysia as your declaration agent, they will do all the declaration and then the item will be sent to your nearest Post Office and you will hence go there and pick-up the item yourself and pay through the counter the charges incur (You have to sent back the form through fax or email and they will do the work for you)
• Easy option BUT not a good option as I read from many website that the tax usually turn out to be very expansive as Pos will not negotiate the discount for you.
• Option C: Authorize someone else to do it on behalf of you

1. Arrive at the PosLaju Custom area at 9.30am
2. Show to the officer in charge the letters sent to you by PosLaju and they will bring out your parcels accordingly.
3. They will asked you what is in the parcel! Do not bring trouble upon yourself by saying something else. 
4. They will certainly ask you to open up the parcel and take out piece by piece for them to have a glance
5. Once done, they will count out the tax your are required to pay (here is how it is calculated)
• Amount you pay through WU/PP/MG + 1% insurance + courier charges (for China is 50% of the amount pay to your supplier) x 10% = AMOUNT YOU HAVE TO PAY AS TAX
6. You can attempt to negotiate the price or in my case, they offer me the discount before I can ask them for it! (Thank God)
7. Once paid, they will tell you to fill in some forms and signing it off you will be issued a receipt of payment and you can be on your way @ 10am

1. DO NOT DECLARE AS GIFT
2. PACK THE ITEMS IN SMALL BOXES as this indicates small value goods
3. Declare the value lesser than USD150(As anything above MYR500 will be subject to tax)

I don't update my birthday on Facebook! Never will... Why? Because I wanted that 3 person that wishes me "Happy Birthday" are the ones that really remembers! This year the 3 person that greeted me are my hubby, my sister & my mommy! They are the one that I considered closest to me!  My sister even specially took off and drove all the way down here to Johor to visit me and bring me shopping.... ♥ That's nice ♥

This year is a bit special! I am 29 years old and am celebrating birthday first time as a wife ☺I always wondered in the past how it would feel like and this is it! I am so happy to be. Was looking back many years ago on my bday! I used to think that I wouldn't be married and the thought of spending b-day alone without the one to love is a bit frightening at that time. 

To make things special for me this birthday is that I have my own business now ☺ and I just made my first sale today! Sent out my first item today! Its been really nice to learn of how to do run the business. From sourcing of suppliers, to clearing customs to advertising and doing up the website to setting up the bank account and etc! Its been encouraging to see how far I have come and how I am doing what I like it puts a smile to my face! Thank God for it.....

For two nine Y-O. I would like to achieve much more and by God's mercy and blessing make G.I. a one stop online shopping with a stable line of customers! Amen! And I my kitchen is off today, going to go out and have a good makan makan with my hubby!
